The Hampton Roads Chapter of the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents (HRC-VASEA) is the only professional association representing Enrolled Agents (EAs) in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Members are licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including examination, collection and appeals.

This website is the information and resource center for HRC-VASEA members and HRC-VASEA associates. HRC-VASEA is an affiliate of the VASEA and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA). We encourage all tax practitioners to consider the benefits of joining and applying for membership.
